The Pros Elite Group held its annual President’s best practices meeting in Fort Myers, Florida on Thursday and Friday February 11 and 12. The format of the meeting allowed for time for educational presentations as well as equivalent time for best practices sharing. One of the educational presentations was made by David Ramos of Infotrends. David Ramos made a presentation on identifying new sources of images. At the end of his presentation, David referred to the Pros Elite Dealer Group as the who’s who of the Independent dealer network. In addition to David, Oki, Katun, ESP, Hitech, Everbank and Square 9 educated the group on solutions they could offer this elite dealer group.
The 80 + attendees spent a great deal of time in the meeting sharing the successful tactics they use with the other market exclusive members in the best practices sessions. One of the attendees, Brad McEldowney of AOS in Jackson Michigan sent Senior Partner Steve Rolla and email immediately after the meeting which contained the following paragraph. “ I wanted to send you a quick message to thank you for the 2016 meeting. Our team has goals for these types of meetings which are to have a couple of things to bring back to our dealership that can help us impact quality, process, moral, profit etc… In this case we have so many things that we have in our notes and slides from the presenters that you’ve created an issue in the fact that we have to create our own process to implement these great ideas at the right pace, good problem to have.”
The Pros Elite team concluded the meeting by sharing future offerings that Pros Elite dealer members will receive from the Pros Elite group. The Dealer group gave the Pros Elite team of Jerry Newberry, Jeff Kelly and Steve Rolla a round of applause when the new offerings were revealed. One of the participants referred to the new Pros Elite offerings as a “game changer” for a Pros Elite Dealer.
