Jerry brings 35 years of industry experience and has been recognized as the Service Profitability specialist for more than 28 years. His background includes 10 years at Xerox and 11 years as Vice President of Service for Global Imaging Systems, where he worked directly with every Global location to drive above-benchmark service performance across the organization.
In 2007, Jerry founded Pros Elite Group, which quickly became the go-to partner for Imaging Dealers seeking to improve profitability and operational performance. Under his leadership, Pros Elite has helped hundreds of dealers consistently raise their financial and operational KPIs to industry-leading levels.
In 2017, Jerry and his team committed to developing the most advanced analytics platform in the industry, PIVOT!
Today, PIVOT is used by dealers throughout North America to deliver actionable insights that enable financial discipline, operational excellence, and sustained above-benchmark performance.
Jerry resides in Tampa, Florida and enjoys international travel, fitness and training, and a passion for high-performance automobiles.
With more than 35 years in the Office Imaging industry, Jeff is a recognized authority in driving operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth for dealers. His deep industry knowledge and results-oriented approach have helped organizations consistently outperform their peers.
Jeff currently leads the development of PIVOT Analytics, an innovative SaaS platform that empowers dealers to identify high-impact opportunities, optimize operations, and maximize company profitability.
Jeff enjoys an active, balanced lifestyle, international travel, and the appreciation of fine food, wine, and live music.
Steve serves as the Pros Elite partner who accelerates client growth in both Sales and Profitability by leading the successful launch and ongoing advancement of the PIVOT Sales and Financial modules.
Steve has been the President of three companies in the Ikon and Global Imaging networks. His companies have earned him CEO of the year and Global Chairman's award recognition.
He also brings 15 years experience as the Vice President of Operations overseeing the Service and administrative functions for a the largest Independent dealer in New England
During Andy’s 28 years in the office products industry, he has held most every service position the industry has to offer.
The last 12 years with a Global Imaging/Xerox company as the Vice President of Service. Andy was responsible for 6 offices and a staff of 85 employees providing service and support for over 10,000 clients across Alabama and portions of Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi.
While Vice President of Service, Andy saw great success developing his management staff and implementing operational processes making his dealership one of the most profitable service organizations in Global Imaging Systems.
