"I wanted to give you a brief note about the IDEA class I attended along with the senior management from Northwest Office Technologies, Inc. The class had a tremendous amount of information where you did not want to miss one second of the class. We came away from the class with more knowledge than we could apply and much more than what we thought we were going to learn going into the class. There was so much information that I would tell anybody that plans on attending the week long class that they should make it mandatory for all of their senior executives to go! It was an outstanding class and I highly recommend for any Office Imaging executive!
